Communication and Information — No Right To Be Fully Informed (Observation)
The House Boy’s rights and responsibilities are detailed in these Rules and Protocols, and additional protection is granted to those who serve via the Paramount Rule which allows the House Boy without punishment to refuse obedience to any rule, protocol or instruction which is illegal or unsafe or dangerous, or violates any dress code policy in effect at any location public or private.
With the above protections in mind, it is important that the House Boy understand that aside from the rules mentioned above, he has No Right To Be Fully Informed of Master’s plans which may reveal his partial or complete nudity to others, nor of Master’s plans or motivations with regard to adding, removing, or changing House Boy clothing assignments when traveling with or at Master’s direction while away from home, nor of Master’s means and methods which may provide others an opportunity to overtly or covertly observe the House Boy during any activity, nor of any thought process that Master or anyone else may have at any time with regard to any predicament, issue or circumstance including those which may provide opportunity for others to view the House Boy whether naked or clothed.
Master believes that proper training of any House Boy will involve circumstances and predicaments that a House Boy will be unaware of in advance, yet takes place within the context and limits of the Rules and Protocols under the protection of Master’s wisdom and planning. Although the House Boy may find some predicaments and circumstances embarrassing or even humiliating, he will never be placed in a position of danger nor be required to violate any law or dress code, though a House Boy who chooses to silently waive his right to articulate an objection under the Paramount Rule proceeds voluntarily and accepts sole responsibility for any negative consequences.
In the example photo, the House Boy is issued a shirt and long pants to travel with Master to a small stream on a remote property, where the House Boy is instructed to change into Shorts (Rule #111S) suitable for swimming. Since no one else appears to be present, the House Boy obeys without a second thought. What the House Boy doesn’t know is that Master is actually fulfilling a request from the closeted college-aged son of a coworker who wants to discreetly view the House Boy naked, without revealing that he is being observed. The closeted young man is out of direct view but spies on the House Boy’s reflection during the change of clothing, and then is rewarded with an even better view when Master realizes it’s exercise time and instructs the House Boy to complete some jumping jacks and other calisthenics while standing onshore. The House Boy eventually returns home with Master, never knowing he was observed by a former high school classmate who ‘heard through the grapevine’ that the House Boy was spending his summer as a ‘naked housekeeper’ for an older gay man.
The Naked House Boy can predict many things just by reading the Rules And Protocols, but he isn’t always entitled to know Master’s plans in advance, or in progress, unless a specific rule or protocol specifically grants such a right.
